Fingerprint – Our Only True Identity

Posted by admin on Sep 4, 2010 in Fingerprints |

Fingerprints are impressions created by our fingers, toes or palms on something due to the friction ridges present in them. Some say there are many others who look the same like us in the world; in fact it is true; there are infinite records of such cases, one case even state 45 persons looking exactly the same like each other. So what if someone looks exactly the same like you or me and receives all credit for what you do or worse the police catches you thinking it’s him, is there no individual identity to all of us, well this is where nature plays it’s ever mysterious part, by only providing humans with the with completely different friction ridge patterns. Truly it is a class act by nature if you ask me, every human in this planet has his own unique identity ‘the fingerprint’.

No matter what, no two persons will ever have a similar fingerprint pattern; even twins who are born just in an interval of 2 seconds won’t have a similar fingerprint. Really a finger print can distinguish anyone from every other person in the world; it really would have been a disaster if it wasn’t for them, and that’s why they have found a large no of uses everywhere, and mainly in identification, you really can never escape from a crime if your fingerprint has been recorded in some police station in the world, today technology has developed so much, computers can recognize who you are within seconds using your print, though DNA gene code has proved to be more accurate even it has some problems in solving this identity crisis. Only fingerprints have proved really consistent and in fact they are and that’s why they are regarded as our true identity.
